Are you an experienced Family Law professional with Legal Aid knowledge and a passion for supporting both clients and colleagues? HAB Law is looking for a Caseworker Supervisor to lead, guide and develop our caseworking team at a crucial stage of the client journey.
At HAB Law, we specialise in Family Law and Court of Protection. We are committed to improving access to justice through kindness, collaboration and digital innovation, with values rooted in trust, empathy, compassion, client care, equality and innovation.
Our caseworking department is often the first point of contact for vulnerable clients. In this role, you will help ensure every client receives a positive, supportive and professional experience, while providing caseworkers with the structure, training and confidence they need to thrive.
You will bring hands-on experience working with the Legal Aid Agency and a strong understanding of Family Law matters. You will be confident supporting others, solving problems and working with care and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Previous supervision, training or teaching experience would be an advantage, as would experience working with vulnerable clients or victims of domestic abuse.
